deepvoid LLC operates this website and the deepvoid services described below. This notice explains the information used for visits, requests, accounts and connected features.
What we collect
Our hosting and download services process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and prevent abuse. When you request an invite, we receive the email address you enter. Beta invitations use your email address, and our invite service records link visits and download authorizations, including IP addresses and user agents.
Contact requests include your email, chosen topic and message. Country-availability requests also include the country or region and intended use you provide. Business inquiries may include the organization and workflow information you choose to share. We use these details to respond, assess availability and plan the service.
We use network location information to enforce the initial US-only product launch and to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Cloudflare processes technical and security signals to operate its hosting, network protection and Turnstile services. Text typed into the terminal on the homepage stays in your browser; recognized commands open the page you choose.
What we store
Your browser's local storage keeps one flag, deepvoid:visited, so the homepage terminal can greet a returning visitor differently. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Signing in to the desktop app
You can sign in to the deepvoid desktop app with an emailed link, or with Google or GitHub. With Google, we receive your verified email address and an account identifier. GitHub shares your public profile and email addresses; we keep only your GitHub user ID and primary verified email. We never receive your Google or GitHub password, and we don't request access to your contacts, files or repositories.
We use these details to sign you in, connect the provider to your account, and provide the services you choose. You can unlink Google or GitHub in the app's account settings.
Third parties
Cloudflare hosts this site and our private download service. The invite request form and the contact form use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them; Turnstile loads only after you start using a form. Messages sent with the contact form (your email, the topic and your message, plus your IP address, or only its network prefix for IPv6, to stop abuse) are subject to an approximately 180-day cleanup window on our server. A copy of your message is also emailed to our support inbox (contact@deepvoid.ai, hosted by Google Workspace) so we can reply; that copy is kept until we delete it. You get a short receipt that doesn't repeat your message. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service. External links, including LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Desktop features and connected services
The desktop app can keep settings, notes, browser data and conversation history on your device. Features you use may also send selected content to our backend, a configured AI provider or a connected service. AI requests can include your prompt and the content or files supplied to that task. Connected services have their own privacy practices.
Optional usage reporting is controlled in the app. Turning it off does not stop the service records needed to process requests, operate accounts, prevent abuse or maintain billing. Reports you choose to submit may include diagnostic information and attachments; review their contents before sending.
When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details. Our billing service records transaction references and credit activity. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout.
Retention and your choices
The contact-message database has an approximately 180-day cleanup window. That cleanup does not automatically remove support inbox copies, provider records or backups. Account, invitation and billing records have separate retention needs; expiring a link or subscription does not erase those records.
To ask for access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, email contact@deepvoid.ai. Tell us which service and account the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity. We handle requests subject to applicable requirements and any records we need to retain; the app does not currently offer a complete account-wide export or deletion workflow.
You can clear this website’s local storage in your browser. You can also choose which connected services and optional reporting features to use. Third-party services and browser profiles may retain their own data.
